- architectural detail review to achieve high-impact memory points including windows, doors, fireplaces, entertainment centers, and built-ins
- special flooring, tile designs, accent paints, and wall coverings
- custom window treatment design and fabric selection
- interior and exterior color palettes and furnishing selections including lighting, appliances, flooring, countertop, trim, etc.
